ABOUT US
Inspired by two of the world’s richest cultures, Fusion Flavors Hospitality Group was founded in 2023 from the concept of celebrating France and Taiwan through unique multi-sensory experiences.
Our first brand, Le Tê, is a Parisian salon de thé centered around Taiwanese bubble tea as its signature offering. Established in 2024, it blends Taiwan’s distinctive flavors and premium ingredients with French elegance and refinement.
Our second brand, MAISON Le Tê, opened in 2026 as a tea-inspired maison, placing Franco-Taiwanese culture at the very heart of a unique and immersive culinary experience.

Founder & CEOA Taiwanese born in Taipei, she moved to Paris in 2015 for her studies. Her moving to Paris, a leading capital in the hospitality industry, inspired her to share the rich culture of her home with the rest of the world. After her Master’s in International Food & Beverage Management at ESCP, she founded Fusion Flavors Hospitality Group and created its two brands Le Tê and MAISON Le Tê.

Rich with years of experience in the food & beverage industry, Lisa is the key to the operations of Fusion Flavors Hospitality Group.
Store manager of Le Tê since its opening in June 2024, she now looks over operations in all of the group’s locations.
